Your organisation. Your diagnosis.
Your plan. No one else in the room.
Most founders pay ₹2–5 lakhs for someone to run this diagnostic for them. This is the same framework — self-directed. Ten structured exercises, four weeks, one honest prioritised plan at the end. These are the exact questions AntRidge asks inside every ClarityMap engagement. Yours to work through on your own.

Three exercises. Approximately 2.5 hours. You will map every ownership gap across your senior team, identify your five highest-risk knowledge dependencies, and run the Standards Test — which requires ten minutes of written input from three of your team members.
Two exercises. Approximately 1.5 hours. You will score your process maturity across five dimensions and complete the Founder Dependency Stack — the most confronting exercise in the workbook. Do it last, after the process picture is in front of you.
Two exercises. Approximately 1.5 hours. The culture week is the most personal. These exercises are not about what you intend — they are about what you do, and what that creates in the organisation around you. Go slowly. Be honest.
Three exercises. Approximately 2 hours. This is where the workbook pays off. You synthesise everything from Weeks 1–3 into a prioritised action plan. You will name owners. You will estimate hours. You will do the arithmetic. The total is the most important output.
Exercise 8 asks you to list every significant gap identified across the four weeks and estimate how many hours per week the fix requires. Then it asks you to add up the last column.
That number — the total hours per week required above and beyond running your company — is what "doing this yourself" actually means. Most founders discover it is more than 10–15 hours per week, sustained over 3–4 months.
That is not a failure of the workbook. That is the workbook working exactly as designed.
Most founders who start this process do not complete it — not because it is technically difficult, but because seeing your organisation clearly is uncomfortable, and the discomfort creates a strong pull toward the next urgent thing on the list. The ClarityMap Workbook · AntRidge
A complete, honest picture of your organisation across People, Process, and Culture — with every significant gap named, owned, and estimated for the time required to close it.
The three gaps that — if left unaddressed — would cause the most damage in the next 12 months. Not the easiest to fix. The most important. With 90-day milestones for each.
Which of your top three priorities you have the bandwidth to address alone — and which one requires someone outside the system. The workbook makes you answer this. In writing.
AntRidge is a premium operational practice for post-Series A B2B SaaS founders in India. ClarityMap is our 4-week hands-on diagnostic — everything in this workbook, done with AntRidge inside the organisation. ₹2.5L. Four weeks. A complete prioritised plan.
The workbook is free because you should try the work before you pay for the partnership. And because clarity should not have a paywall.
